Stampin' Up! is celebrating its 25th anniversary by offering one "best of" stamp set per month for the entire year. All stamp sets are available to purchase until March, 2014. Here is March's best of stamp set. Of course it would be flowers. Spring is right around the corner. There are three old favorites in this set. The hydrangea is a personal favorite of mine.
